2007 FWAS Picnic

This year’s FWAS picnic will be held at the Dark Sky Site on September 15th.

There will also be a swap meet at the picnic, so be sure to bring your goodies for sale if you have some. There will also be a demonstration of laser collimation of telescopes. And, with any luck, you will also be able to view through some of the scopes from the Thursday Night Telescope Making Class. There will also be a scope set up with Sky Commander DSC for testing and a demonstration of basic imaging.

Hot dogs and sodas will be provided at the picnic for $2.50 per person. Please RSVP to John Dowell by the 13th if you plan to attend.
